Here is a little blog on my Shamanic Work ….. My Journey to Becoming a Shamanic Practitioner

Some call it fate, others divine intervention—whatever it was, I know I was meant to walk this path. My journey into shamanic healing wasn’t something I planned; it found me. During a year-long gap, life led me to an extraordinary opportunity: training under a Native American shaman. Far from where you’d expect such ancient wisdom to be passed down, I was guided to exactly where I needed to be.

That experience awakened something deep within me—a knowing, a remembrance. Now, as a shamanic practitioner, I have the honour of healing people across the globe, helping them reconnect with their souls, release blockages, and step into their true power.

What Is Shamanic Healing?

Shamanic healing is an ancient practice rooted in the understanding that everything—our body, mind, and soul—is deeply connected. True healing doesn’t just treat symptoms; it restores balance on all levels. Shamans are more than healers; they are spiritual guides who journey between realms, retrieving lost fragments of the soul, clearing stagnant energy, and bringing messages from the spirit world.

How It Works

Entering the Spirit Realm – Through rhythmic drumming, chanting, and movement, a shaman enters an altered state of consciousness, stepping beyond the physical world into the unseen.

Receiving Sacred Wisdom – In this state, we communicate with guides, ancestors, and higher beings, retrieving knowledge, lost soul parts, and deep healing.

Restoring Energy Flow – Just as a river must flow freely, so must our energy. Shamanic work dissolves blockages, restoring harmony and vitality.

Sacred Plant Medicine – The natural world is rich with healing gifts. With permission from the spirits, shamans work with medicinal plants to aid the healing process.

The Transformative Power of Shamanic Healing

This practice is profound, offering deep shifts that go beyond the physical:

  • Releases emotional pain, trauma, and ancestral wounds
  • Clears energetic blockages and restores balance
  • Strengthens spiritual connection and intuition
  • Supports physical healing by addressing root imbalances

A Tradition as Old as Time

For over 100,000 years, shamans have journeyed beyond the veil, acting as bridges between worlds. While the term shaman originates from the Tungus people of Siberia, this sacred practice spans across ancient cultures—from the healers of the Amazon to the mystics of Tibet, the medicine people of Africa to the druids of old Europe.

Stepping Into Your Own Spiritual Power

The beauty of shamanic practice is that it’s available to everyone. Through shamanic journeying, you can consciously access higher realms of wisdom, receiving guidance and insight for your own life’s path. The universe is always speaking—all we need to do is listen.
