My name is Louise Jones, though many of you may know me as Psychic LJ on YouTube. My journey as a medium has been both fascinating and deeply rewarding.

Through my own grief after losing my dear brother Paul, I discovered something truly profound—Letters in Heaven. I realised I could regularly communicate with him on the other side, and he often shares messages with me about what life is like in heaven. These heartfelt communications from Paul inspired me to create Letters in Heaven for others, allowing me to bring messages from your loved ones to you.

I felt a deep calling to help people going through similar grief and trauma. It became my mission to offer comfort and healing by being that humble link between this world and the next. This endeavour has been a beautiful success, and I remain devoted to continuing this work with love and sincerity.

I always remind people—it’s not me doing the work; it’s the spirit world, your loved ones. I’m simply the telephone link, here to help humanity connect with those who have crossed over.
