4. Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
You may reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.
In rare cases where Psychic LJ must cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once a session has taken place.
If you experience technical issues or dissatisfaction, please get in touch—we’re happy to discuss a solution.

6. Conduct & Behaviour
All clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions.
Psychic LJ reserves the right to terminate any session without refund in cases of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from future services.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
Your privacy is valued. Any personal information shared during sessions or via this website is treated as strictly confidential.
No information will be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties.
